I have found a fix for this. I have a vague idea about why it works,
but I can't quite explain it, so I'm not sure that it's a good way to
fix it.
But, since it works, here it is :)

In analysing I just found some, I think, "numbering error".
Suppose, it was played: 11. c3 Qd7, I start analysis at Qd7
and lock the engine. Display shows something like
12.e5 Nd5 13.Rd1 Nb6 14.Ne4 ...
