one more bug fixed.
The help messages for tools menus, starting from "Player Information",
are wrong, probably due to a new menu item added in 3.6.24 version.
I changed the code so that now it's not needed to change all menu

I faced the same problem. I found a simple solution. Just try to replace two
lines in scid/engines/Phalanx-XXII/makefile
