Just added some code to display the players country via the
corresponding flags. The flags are available in misc/flags.tcl as usual
photos. Permission for usage is granted from Andy Templeton of Palview
and Austin Lockwood from SchemingMind. Currently, they are used in CC if
the Xfcc/emai
