Thanks to Alexander for his detailed opinion. I moslty agree. Using Scid a lot
and showing it to many other users (coming mostly from CB/CA world) I see
following problems:
1. Window system.
This seems very hard to manage on Windows OS which doesn't have functionality
of typical X Windows mana

Well, Unicode is a standard so nothing more than a very bad
support in windows is to be expeted.

Well, from my point of view the two main deficiancies of SCID were:
1) To load UCI engines
2) To find doubles based on their (FEN) position
The first is already made.ok.
For the second I do not see any activity going on.

incorrectly and need a restart of Scid (this is logical for me given current
code that converts tokens once for all);
- On Linux, with an UTF-8 system, everything is OK;
