First a suggestion:
I'd suspect the "Open as Tree" menue item below the File/Open and not in
the Window menue. (Frankly admitting that I used grep yestereve to find
it ;)
Then to the Analysis: I really get UCI analysis in "computer notation"
instead of SAN. I rechecked, freshly compiled 3

For those willing to try it, I released a RC2 version with :
- a new chess set : Fantasy, which is a really nice one (thanks to Uwe
Klimmek)
- it is now easy to switch square textures (see the menu options ->
chessboard -> colors...).
