Game annotation is a nice features, but I think it can be improved:
In order of importance:
* check absolute evaluation: change from +9 to +6 shouldn't get ??, it
probably shouldn't even get ?, on the other hand change from +0.7 to -0.7
probably require much more than ?!;
* perhaps configurable
