Windows still has the dos commands of its ancestor. One of the things you can do, which I used to do when I was trying to imoprt the whole of TWIC at one fell swoop, was to use the copy command. The thing to remember is that PGN files are merely ascii text files and they can all go together, e

Yes you can, there's no difference in the file formats of scid bases (at least it wasn't the last time I looked). but, isn't sc_import installed as an executable in the windows port? Look there first, and try sc_import base *.pgn It ought to be installed, it's one of the more important commands
