[Scid-users] ChessDB -3.6.15 released.

I've just put up 3.6.15 - it fixes the bug which caused a crash when German was selected. I have also uploaded a .zip file, containing the Windows binaries, which should allow someone without admin access to install it. I hope that helps Joeri and anyone else without admin rights. I'm not sure
