Used:
make all-snavigator
make install-snavigator
{rather than }
make
make install
Issue resolved after examining the top level Makefile. The
documentation on this otherwise excellent program is ... well
rather sparse.

with tcl8.3.4 already installed. I get the infamous message:

Tcl 8.1 is built in to source navigator. Removing Tcl8.3.4 is not an
