I think all you'll have to do is upgrade windoze, change the active
partition if necesare with fdisk since windoze sets its own partition to
active, andthen boot linux with a boot disk and run /sbin/lilo.

I have rh7 and win98 dual boot...they are both on seperate hardrives. I
