development and it asks for kernel-headers. I can't find kernel-headers
in limbo2, null, rawhide.
As there aren't any bugzilla reports about this, am I doing something
wrong?

No. Kernel headers are pulled from the include directories from the kernel
source tree. If you have kernel 2.2.16-3, then you
