na work on my system -- Redhat 6.0 with a 2.2.16 kernel. I downloaded, configured and compiled the driver, hpijs-1.0.3 successfully. I downloaded ghostscript 6.53 and configured and compiled it successfully after also downloading the jpeg source. Neither package has been installed (make install) yet

OT: Hylafax, ghostscript and a stupid user

I'm attempting to replace our former OS/2 based fax server with a spare PC, RH 6.2 and Hylafax. I had absolutely no trouble setting the thing up, getting it to answer faxes and printing them. The trouble is, the margin at the top of my postscript printer (Lexmark T610) cuts off the fax ID inform

latest ghostscript with glibc

Regarding my previous message. I said that I installed the latest ghostscript RPMS but they caused a segmentation fault. I uninstalled them, and am using the original that came with the dist. My hunch is that the RPMs in the /contrib dir are not compiled for glibc. Can someone verify this? or
