There's newer errata available that do not depend on the -devel
packages. Use up2date to get the latest version.

I've just tried to upgrade to the latest set of PHP and libpng RPMs and got
the above error message. It looks like some serious changes have been made
to the dependancy list for php-4.1.2-7.3.3.i386.rpm. Specifically, why does
it now need 6 development RPM's installed and why does it
