Look in srm.conf. It is in same directory as httpd.conf. Uncomment
DirectoryIndex directive or add index.html to it if not there. When I
installed
Apache the line was already there, not commented, and it had index.html listed
so maybe this will not solve your problem.

Hey everybody
Couple questions here.. I might have overlooked something but
I've poured through the conf files for apache but I still have this one
problem. When someone visits mypage.. they have to add the default
index.html file along with the address ... ie: http://123.45.66.7/~jo
