The most popular scanner tool is SANE. Not sure if that's what you're

We are converting DOS stations over to Linux
boxes. the only issue we have is using document
scanners under normal conditions. We use the
scanners to image documents as tiff files and
archive them electronically.
Is there a good archive of info on the MANY
scanners out there?
