If you are able to send an sms through the web page you could just
scrape the page and send it through there.
Otherwise: Do you want to send the sms through your GSM phone/modem over
a serial port?

who is an ISP and a GSM provider for Oman.The sms url is http://www.omantel.net.om:8000/sms.
I had downloaded linuxsms from sourceforge and
made modifications in the conf file pertaining to this carrier but had no
