Are you running virtual hosting?
IP or Name Based?
If it's name based it'll call back to 443 on default domain.
The 98 sounds like a problem I had so I dont use the apache config anymore.

When you create the CSR you also create a private key. That is why they tell
you to back it up. You can move that key from one server to another, but I
am unsure if you can move it from a Unix box to NT?
