It sounds like maybe your machine doesn't have the correct gateway.
Check your gateway.
netstat -nr
should look something like:
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags MSS Window irtt Iface
192.168.4.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U40 0 0 eth0
127.0.0.0
I had to commented out NameVirtualHost 192.168.0.1:80 and it does not show
me the error anymore.
