Therein probably lies the problem. Linux sendmail is by default configured
to send all mail
Do not log on as root to send and receive mail. Create a user called
zokiphoto using the adduser command and use that account to send and
receive your mail. This will make your from address [EMAIL PROTECTED]
In case you do not know how to use the adduser command just do at the
prompt as root:

then read the man page for pine (
First you should create an account for you instead of using the root
account. You have probably heard this before, but you need to do it in
order for your mail to work correctly.
Second once you have created the account, log on as that user, run pine,
and then quit pine. You should now have a .pi
