local address (in your case 9.0.0.41) and a gateway of *, not 0.0.0.0 for
the local subnet. Try manually doing the following (from the console):
/sbin/route del 9.0.0.41
/sbin/route del 9.0.0.0
/sbin/route del default
/sbin
