Manuel, you more than likely can not.
Encyclopedias are usually written for a specific OS.
You COULD, however try using WINE.

If they are HTML based, you should only have to mount the CD and open the
index file etc, if they are written for win32, you may be able to use wine
or vmware

You can use vmware to view your cd rom ecyolpidas.
