I might have the answer to this one. Have you sorted it yet?
If not, I've often found missing links in Oracle distributions. You'll need
to
a) manually create the link, with:
ln -s libcltntsh.so.9.0 libcltntsh.so
b) ensure that directory is in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE
