None. Just use 'authconfig' to configure NIS authentication. That's
it.

I did some more investigating. 'ypwhich -m' returns this:

I'm having problems changing user passwords on our NIS network. All of
the machines were recently upgraded to Red Hat 7.2. Users can log in to
the machines, but they can't change their passwords. We used to use
'yppasswd' to change passwords. Now the command is going all the
through retyp
