There isn't one. RH didn't think much about this before release. You can either manually edit the CATEGORIES field in each .desktop file. Or you can find a way to update to gnome 2.0.2. Nautilus 2.0.6 cannot edit the menu, only display the contents. 2.0.7 has this bug fixed. For now, if you wa
