Hi!
First find out if the file actually exists. If it is not there, create
an empty one with touch command, and be sure permissions are 644.

the last two nights my log has held a slew of error
messages like this

Any ideas on the cause? I suspect slocate
is creating them but it could be one of the
other daily cron jobs.
