I use OS/2 boot manager for boot 2 windows in the same system. Later
than i installd a linux, i seted up lilo to boot the os/2 boot manager.
but in this boot method i can`t use 2 windows. etc... (one c:\ is hided)

You would install lilo in the boot partition rather than MB
Another potential option is OS/2's boot manager. I used it to boot
between Windows and Linux on a laptop, a couple of years ago...I just
installed LILO into the root instead of the boot, and it worked like a
charm.
