will also want a boot loader. I use Bootpart with LILO. There
are others, but this one has worked for me.

Order a windows NT machine, re-partition the hard drive to allow room for Linux, and then download/buy Linux and install it. I don't think M$ would allow a company to put both OS's on the same machine...

I would like to buy a new PC with both Linux RH 7.0 and WinNT installed.
I searched the DELL websites and couldn't find a solution for it. Could
anybody tell me how to order such kind of a machine?
