One idea: 1) install tightvnc as a service (www.tightvnc.com) on the win2k box 2) Use the scheduled tasks available (control panel) to have the win2k box write backups onto it's hard drive 3) Once a week, fire up VNC to connect to connect to the Win2k box 4) Once there, start winscp (www.winscp.o
