[RHL] Using 6.1 as mail server on LAN

I'm trying to set up my 6.1 box as the mailserver for my LAN. All incoming mail goes into the respective user accounts for my family members. When trying to use Outlook Express (Win95) from the other PCs on the LAN to log onto the Linux box and download the mail I'm getting the following error:
