I'm having a BitchX of a time getting my printer to use the correct font. I've installed WordPerfect, and I've also converted all of my fonts from .TIF files to .afm and .pfb files. I've used WP's xwpfi to install both the graphic and print fonts. I know this worked because (1) the proper fonts

my whatis command doesn't seem to functioning. everytime i execute it (i.e., whatis ps), i get the following: ps: nothing appropriate the response is the same regardless of what i query. i've tried updating the whatis database (as root) with makewhatis -w but i still get the "nothing appropr
