Actually Linux or free BDS can easely handle over 1 pop3 users. We
use 2 incomming systems for anti-spam etc, 2 hosts for pop mail
reading/www etc, and 2 outgoing systems to service 15000 users. Our
systems don't breath very hard. We have 233MH pentium II, fast wide scsi
disks and 256MB ram on

orwarded to the LUSER_RELAY.
Outgoing mail worls fine but incomming mail gets stopped in the queue
with the message unable to lookup host.
This looks like a DNS problem but I can do an nslookup on the
LUSER_RELAY machine???
Any ideas?
