occur. With all the money I have into these systems I just don't have enough to
build a new one just to do compiling.

older programs that won't compile under glibc. For this you don't expect users to
get upset.

So what you are saying Mike is that anyone who purchased RH 5.0 and needs
to compile libc5 programs WASTED their Hard Earned Money on it since RH
5.0 will not compile libc5 programs?
t like kludges so I am stuck with RedHat 4.2 installed and
RedHat 5.0 Boxed set collecting dust on the shelf. You would think by now this
problem would have been addressed!!
