Can anyone tell me how to get an SB Live to work in Red Hat 8 ?
It seems to have detected it, but I'm not getting any sound our of my
speakers, I'm not getting any errors either, so it can't be that bad.

I've installed Red Hat several times, both versions 7.3 and 8.0 and whenever
I install with the default bootloader config (grub, MBR) it hangs on the
line starting "apm: " at boot.
This doesn't seem to be an issue if I use lilo
My system is a P4 1.7gig, Intel 845 chipset board, SBLive, Gainw
