As you know you can use "include /etc/httpd/virtual.conf" or
something like that in apaches httpd.conf.
Is this a general Linux/Red Hat feature or is this only
possible in httpd.conf?

e a workaround to install only things you "really" need for
a webserver?
We install Apache, MySQL, libpng, PHP from source.
On SuSE you can select "base system" like on Debian which installs
only about 300 MB - my Valhalla uses about 800MB!!
Any hints?!

hi,
/dev/sda6 2016016638088 1275516 34% /
/dev/sdb6 7748036466260 6888188 7% /var
/dev/sda546605 8579 35620 20% /boot

/dev/sda7 6720248 1870464 4508
create easy-to-uninstall rpms very easy:
./configure
make
su -c "/usr/local/sbin/checkinstall"
Then you have to answer a view questions and checkinstall creates a
*.rpm - files which can be easily removed with "rpm -e packet.rpm"!
Take a look!

What makes you think that "source" is a valid
MySQL command? As far as I can tell it isn't
mentioned in the docs.
