192.168.0.0 is the network number and cannot be used as an address. you
need to use 192.168.0.1 or above.

This is an upgrade from Redhat 8 to 9. File manager super user mode will
open and then disappear after about one second. It worked properly with
Redhat 8. All updates except the kernel have been applied. Any
suggestions?
