Ok. Got it working on ttyS0 for com1. Now, what about com2? I tried
/dev/ttyS1 and it doesn't work. It that the right device?

when I run GNOME as my Window Manager, the following error message scrolls

I am having a problem with linuxconf and RH70. I have installed the xinetd
update and I still cannot get it to work. I have also enabled the linuxconf
service by setting "disable = no" in the /etc/xinetd.d/linuxconf-web file.

xterm window. However, it does not work with the gnome (gnome-terminal) or
