to configure it (which it is apparently doing) In order to get it working
in Linux you will need to toss it into Manual mode and then fiddle with it

Well. The machine the First person detailed IMHO was a bit better. Plus
one can probably do a WHOLE lot better with a little time and effort on
Some Auction Sites, Flea Markets, etc. Plus, IMHO RH 6.1 is *MOSTLY*
complete and utter bloatware. It is incredibly dumbed up so it looks cute

IMHO, Kernel Compiling in X == Bad Thing try going to a console and 'make
menuconfig' IMHO its safer. Less SegFaults too.

Try reading the IP Masqurading HOWTO. Its quite easy. It will tell you

mpg123 without a doubt. I am not sure if there are RPMS for it (Use the
Source Luke) and I am not sure if it play .wav files. But it does wonders
fro mpegs.

Try running lilo in verbose mode (-v)
It should at least tell you waht its doing... and are you sure you
modified the /etc/lilo.conf correctly?
