Can anyone tell me why I can't get the 265041 blocks I have allocated for
my swap space. 'cat /proc/meminfo' shows this:

I can't figure out why this doesn't work:

I've got this message when a user tries to retrieve his email even

Isn't it that Netscape Messenger should ONLY look at my mailbox (thru

I have tried to access my mailbox using Netscape Messenger with IMAP
protocol and instead of retrieving all the headers from my mailbox, it
displayed all the files and directories in my HOME directory and
directories where I have soft links. Is this an IMAP bug?

My parallel port IOMega ZipDrive can't be installed.
The error is:
PPA: unable to initialize controller at Ox378, error 2
scsi: 0 hosts.
/usr/lib/modules/2.0.33/scsi/ppa.o: init_module: Device or resource busy
What could be the cause of this error?

Can anyone tell me if the daemons for POP3 and IMAP creates a mailbox

Shadowed passwords is not the problem of Expect. Expect just spawns the
'passwd' command which should support shadow.
The workaround with PAM featured systems in changing passwords is to
disable its checking of new passwords if it's strong or not.

Use Expect 5.18, I've tried using higher version of Expect such as
the one distributed with RH 5.0 and it's not working consistently.

mkpasswd is interactive.

If you have PAM installed in your system the documentation is in
the /usr/doc/pam* directory.
The passwd command which supports PAM has a man page in Redhat 5.
If you don't have the man page in 4.2, there's a big chance you might
find it in the Web.

Try using Expect. I use version 5.18 because of some problems
I experience with the new versions of it (5.24 and the version included
with Redhat 5) and use Tcl 7.4 for this old version of Expect.
Look at the example file 'autopasswd' and start from there.
