SCSI card RH 7.3

Anyone have any suggestions for a good scsi card that will control a tape drive (68 pin Seagate 20/40) on RH 7.3? I was thinking about a Adaptec 19160, but am not sure about compatibility since it is a little unclear on the HCL. Best regards, Andrew Judge
