What happened to isag inside the sysstat RPM for RH9?

On Red Hat 7.3, I have the sysstat-4.0.3-2 RPM installed which contains isag. On Red Hat 9, I have the sysstat-4.0.7-3 RPM installed which does not contain isag. What happened to it? Where can I retrieve it or what graphical program may I use to view sar data? __

I figured it out after reading trough the /etc/init.d/vsftpd file. I had to move /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf to /etc/vsftpd.conf (default location) and edit the file to remove the line standalone=yes.
