can I specify sendmail users' mailbox size?

Hi, Is there an option in sendmail that allows me to set a user's mailbox maximum quota to 3M? I'm sure there must be a way to do that. If it's not in sendmail, does anyone know how to do it? I would greatly appreciate any reply as soon as possible, and thank you in advance. Regards Nathali
