check if the lines are commented out in the /etc/xinetd.conf.

Dear Li Bing,
Please check these two points
:-
1. FTP and telnet packakes are installed on
your PC.
2. please check that in /etc/xinetd.d/wu-ftpd and
/etc/xinetd.d/telnet
disable should be "no".
