Regarding Best and Tripplite - Best: Don't let their website prices fool you - you can get them a lot cheaper (even from them). Their software is open source too, and the model I have also has battery life calculation which is great. Tripplite: Their software requires a GUI to properly install.

i dont know if this might apply, but i think there is a setting that rejects an email that has a different email address than what it should be. i think it is for reducing spam. if i am seeing this right, i see that you are trying to send an email with a return email address of [EMAIL PROTECTED],
