Since you have updated recently it is giving you a friendly nudge not to
do that too often. Add an explanation in your submission form and it
should be OK.

I just tried to submit an update to a package - there was a minor issue with
the vignette that I corrected.
I updated v.1.0.1 to v.1.0.2 to do this, perhaps incorrectly.
