You really need to read the 'Writing R Extensions" manual, in
particular the section on the DESCRIPTION file. You are asking basic
questions that are covered there.

Package has a VignetteBuilder field but no prebuilt vignette index.
Actually, there is no vignettes in my package. What is meaning of this note?
