of the package nor any reference to any check log and information

I am resubmitting a package to CRAN after some notes have been reported. The
notes are now fixed and I checked the package again locally (OS X) and on
winbuilder R 3.5.3 (old release).
A new error appears on the latter when building the vignette saying
Invalid connection

For winbuilder and general incoming check services:
New packages on CRAN should be directly available for incoming checks,
perhaps with some short technical delays of less than one hour.
For winbuilder on demand checks, there may be a lag of 2 days. Requests
may be considered.
