Sorry for responding so late and thank you for your answer. I solved my
problem by using another software.
However my OS runs on Windows, with 3.24 GB RAM and my R version is the 2.9
version (but it was the same with 2.8).
So if I understand well, it all has to do with RAM.

I tried to modify some options with --max-mem-size=2047M --max-vsize=2047M.
But it does not seem to be enough.
