[R] R Commander question

Good afternoon New to R ... new to the list. I have installed R Commander 1.2-9 and it functions perfectly. I would, however, like to upgrade my Rcmdr to version 1.3-15 ... but I can't seem to shake the 1.2 version. Do you have any tips on how to upgrade? Thanks for your time and considerat
