When I am doing a fairly lengthy installation of some pkg, e.g.
install.views("Econometrics"), and then, for whatever reason, the
installation craps out, when I attempt to re-do it, it doesn't seem
like any info from the previous attempt is cached, i.e. I start from
scratch. Is tha
