Thanks, Jeff. I tried this previously by using a header in my data file
(and 'header=TRUE'), but for some reason, that did not seem to work.
Creating a 'names' vector as you suggested did solve the problem, though.
Thank you!

this with various sequences and it always seems to work when
there's no zeroes, and crashes when there are zeroes. I'm working on a small
data frame here (because of memory issues) so I don't think in general I
would have 0s in nfold code categories.

How do I manipulate ngenes into the list?
Suggestions appreciated.

Greetings and thank you
Am using GSA and have the GSA.listsets object of class list which displays
fine
But how do I get the object written to a text file?
I see to convert to data frame and then write.table but

So a message from
Benilton Carvalho <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (sent by
[EMAIL PROTECTED])
arrives and goes in the Junk Mail even tho I have set @r-project.org to not
be junk
Why does this go in Junk mail if @r-project.org is defined as not junk?

I sent this 9 and 3hrs ago but someho
Finale to this thread...
Several old discussions mentioned Xcode as the culprit
But I installed that months ago and have used it ever since so I ignored the
message
But then I thought why not reinstall
And reinstall of Xcode seems to have fixed the problem
So install graphviz 2.12 and reinstall X

Does a similar feature exist with Windows and Rgui? Or have I missed it
somewhere?
Thank you.
